*Dance India Dance at Bosco Boys' Home*

A team from *Dance India Dance* (DID) of ZeeTV visited Bosco Boys' Home to interact with the kids. The programme was organised by the N.G.O U&I.

The session started with the crew members and participants introducing themselves to the kids. Then had a dance act by the choreographer Mukund, whose performance was thoroughly enjoyed by all the kids. 
The next performance was by the 10 year old DID partcipant Richika, whose energetic dance act was truly splendid. 

After loud and enthusiastic cheers by the kids asking the two of them to perform together, they had a small performance and then introduced their team in DID, East Tigers. Both the performances were quite entertaining and the kids had a great time. 

After this, Mukul and Richika distributed jerseys of East Tigers to all the kids and clicked several pictures with them. 

After this, the kids were also encouraged to dance individually or in pairs on a song of their choice. Many kids came on the stage and showcased their wonderful dance skills, they were all applauded for their talent and passion for dance. 

They then introduced their head choreographer and spoke about how he had always been a mentor to everyone. He had a fun and interactive conversation with the kids; they later distributed chocolates to the kids and also gave gifts to the ones who performed in front of everyone. 
After this, all the kids and the team members and the choreographer and participant danced with the kids. They danced on several popular Bollywood numbers and the kids were having a great time.

          The students from Mary Immaculate, Borivali came to Bosco Boys’ Home (BBH) respectively on the 19 th and 20 th of December with celebrate and spread the spirit of Christmas to the boys of the orphanage. The trip was organised by the Management and staff of Mary Immaculate Primary and High School section. It was divided into two batches on the 19 th the Primary section and on the next day the Secondary section. The students were accompanied by Sr. Payal, MSA and the other staffs from the school. “Praise the Lord for all His wonders to me!” captures Fr. Aloysius inner sentiments as he celebrated his 60th year of the First Religious Profession on the 24th of May, 2020. PARENTS MEETING

On the 5 th of November, 2018 the management and staff of Bosco Boys Home had organised a Parents meeting.   As the Diwali holiday came near the children of Bosco Boys Home were in happier mood as they were informed that they would be allowed to go home for few days for the Diwali celebration. Taking his opportunity, the staff decided to have a brief meeting of the children along with their parents informing them about the progress of their child and new projects been prepared for the betterment of the children. Fr. Corlis Gonsalves, the Director of the Institute, welcomed the parents and briefed them about the upcoming programmes been planned for the children and the new rules applied by the Child Welfare Committee for the children regarding the holidays.
