He also made know to them that to get the students valuable experience the institute offers on job training (OJT) for them in 5 star Hotels like Taj, Oberoi, JW Marriott, Retreat, The Club, Western, ITC etc. Even in the Technical Sector we provide Job Placements to the students.” Fr. Gonsalves made it clear to the parents that the goal of the institute was to make the students stand on their feet and earn money for their family.
Later, the parents were given time to ask, discuss or comment any suggestions they had for betterment of the Institute. Each staff came forward explaining to the parents their courses and training they provided and answered the questions they asked.
To show the parents the skills of the students, he invited them for a lunch hosted by the Institute and prepared solely by the students, so that the parents would know how talented and good their children are thanks to the ever committed and dedicated staff of the institute.

Alu for the inspiration and motivation he is to the younger generation and congratulated him for his faithfulness and fidelity to God for these fruitful years.
